Even if you only spend a week at this villa , you’ll remember the views from this gorgeous seaside property for a lifetime. Built into a hillside near the village of Agni, the villa’s stunning outdoor living areas are perched above Kassiopi Bay. Inside, four bedrooms and bright, modern interiors continue the memorable atmosphere.

Though the villa’s interiors are well-equipped with a steam room, private gym, satellite television, Wi-Fi and air conditioning, you’ll want to spend most of your stay outdoors. Just off the living room, there’s a covered sitting area with landscaping and sea views. Walk down the flight of steps to a larger teak terrace with daybeds, chaise longues under umbrellas, and a covered lounge area, wet bar and barbecue built into the rocky hillside. Swim and soak in the infinity pool and hot tub on the terrace, or follow the staircase down to a seaside deck and private boat dock. With partial cook service and airport transfers included in your stay, you’ll have plenty of time to explore your own stretch of coast.

The gracious, traditional interiors at the villa echo the color scheme of its outdoor living areas, with tones of white, creamy stone and rich wood. In the double-height living room, pale blue sofas are pulled around a tall white fireplace and accented by turquoise drapes and a chandelier, creating a room that’s beachy yet cozy. There’s a formal dining room with an elegant pale blue ceiling, mustard yellow drapes and carved cane-back chairs, as well as a more casual farmhouse-style table in the fully equipped galley kitchen.

Villa has three bedrooms in its main house and one bedroom in a studio with its own kitchen and sitting and dining areas. All four bedrooms have double beds, en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning. Four-poster beds or upholstered headboards, whitewashed furniture in traditional silhouettes and accents in soft shades of blue, green and pink make the bedrooms welcoming retreats after long days in the sun or on the water.

Guests of Villa can swim or boat directly from the property’s shore, or you can make the 12 km drive to the sandy stretch of Agni Beach. From the villa, it’s a 34 km drive to the port of Corfu and a 36 km drive to both the town of Corfu and the Corfu airport.
