Set amid a grand estate forested with hundred-year-old olive trees, this Villa occupies one of Corfu’s most privileged sites. It’s close to the picturesque village of Agios Stefanos, in the North East Corner of Corfu and only a few steps above an idyllic private cove.

Thoughtfully positioned to take full advantage of its elevated location, this exquisite seven bedroom mansion offers a panoramic view that extends all the way to the mountainous backbone of Albania and the azure expanse of the Ionian. The recently-built Villa reflects the modern architectural trends of Corfian vacation homes, an elegant blend of traditional elements and neoclassical design with a French twist. Great attention has been given to the quality of materials, from the fine Italian marbles that are used for the floorings and bathrooms, to the designer furniture and the fabulous chandelier that decorates the foyer. The living areas are spacious and luxurious, with high ceilings and numerous openings that offer breathtaking views to the sea and gardens. The palette is white and tones of beige that create an ultimately relaxing environment. The living room is large, with comfortable sofas and tall French windows that overlook the Ionian. A large, professionally equipped kitchen, staffed by a daily housekeeper and cook, serves the adjacent dining area.

The main terrace features an expansive lounge and a generous dining area that can host eight guests. Surrounded by lush gardens, the outdoor areas offer a number of terraces with several spots for lounging. A large infinity pool with integrated hot tub and comfortable sun beds offer awe-inspiring views across the seascape. At nighttime, hidden lighting transforms the outdoors, adding an enchanting and romantic quality to the majestic natural scenery. A winding path, which is lit by night, leads down to a secluded cove, accessible only by boat. The beach is equipped with comfortable sun beds, a barbeque with an outdoor solar heated shower, WC and a fridge. There is also a mooring suitable for yachts of up to 80ft.

The mansion has seven luxurious en-suite bedrooms, but the owners prefer to host up to 10-12 guests. The bedrooms are warm and inviting, with rich upholstery and comfortable superior beds. It should be noted that the interior of this sumptuous villa is non-smoking.

It is just a 2 minute drive to town of Agio Stefanos, and a 33 km drive to the town of Corfu with restaurants and shopping. It is 5 km to tennis courts and the Corfu Golf Club is 35 km away. The town of Kanoni is 37 km and it is a 33 km drive to Corfu International Airport (CFU).
