On the hills Florence, overlooking the city, we find this historical villa notified for its importance under the Italian Code of Cultural and Environmental Heritage by decision n ° 42 of 22/01/2004. The building of 680 sqm has multiple access from the outside and is set in a large park that shares with other lesser buildings/annexes part of the same property. It comprises five floors above ground, two partially buried. The "Limonaia" is the other residential building included in the property.
