Cadaques, the most visited fishing village on the Costa Brava, is famous for being the center of Dali life and an emblematic and prestigious mansion, an extremely attractive and fairytale-like piece of art by the sea.

This gem was built at the beginning of the 20th century by the architect Salvador Selles y Baro, commissioned by the Barcelona physician Octavio Serignan.

The curved exterior façade with two imposing towers is a feast for the eyes and clearly stands out from all the other facades of the house.

Great care has been taken to ensure that the materials used for the restoration match the original. Among other things, the color of the Art Nouveau tiles, the frescoes on the ceiling, the wrought iron on the doors and windows, and the main staircase, decorated with floral ceramic panels, have been restored. The aura of this modernist mansion has been refined with a selective selection of antique furniture and beautiful Murano glass chandeliers.

This is definitely a property that cannot be measured by conventional standards.
