Description
The Neprobylice estate is comprised of six buildings (originally belonging to two independent estates) that are surrounded by 3.8 hectares of vast, level land. The garden with an apple orchard, green meadows and fertile fields make Neprobylice a unique place to live or build a resort for commercial use.
The main, completely reconstructed part of the complex consists of a residential building (600 sqm) with a wellness area, the so-called panský dvur (noble courtyard), located in the middle of the property. The interesting features of this period building are the massive stone walls and its own water supply from several wells. The residential part has a stylish country kitchen, a living room with a fireplace, a study and a built-in dry cellar. There are two large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on the upper level.
The opposite medieval building from the 15th century underwent a partial renovation, and in the future it may become a great adornment of the whole farm. The complex further includes the original elementary school, which has undergone partial renovation and can serve as a bed and breakfast. The other two original buildings are still awaiting renovation.
The small village of Neprobylice is located in the Central Bohemia region, near the town of Panenský Týnec, not far from the royal town of Slaný. Thanks to the D7 motorway, travelling to the outskirts of Prague takes no longer than 30 minutes.
There are countless tourist points of interest in the area and several golf courses. The historically protected fortress from the 15th century completes the fairytale atmosphere of this village surrounded by medieval legends. A church once stood in the centre of Neprobylice, however, it was moved to the top of a hill following devastating floods and only the bell tower remains.
