House 2 (master suite)

Ground floor: small living room with access to a private outdoor lounge. One bedroom with bathroom and access to the pool.

First floor: two bedrooms with two bathrooms, which can be interconnected (ideal for families) or not connected at will.

House 3 (family house)

Ground floor: living room, open kitchen, one bedroom with bathroom, access to the pool

First floor: one bedroom with bathroom and access to the inner terrace, one bedroom for 1 person (ideal for babysitting) with bathroom, one children's room with bathroom.

House 4

Ground floor: Large living room with dining area, lounge, TV area, breakfast bar, pool access.

First floor: roof terrace with garden, bar, sun loungers, ideal for cocktails.

Lower floor: staff quarters with separate entrance, staff will not use the main tenant entrance. There are two bedrooms, one of them with two single beds and a bathroom, and the other with one bunk bed and a bathroom, there is also a small kitchenette for the staff, as well as another large professional kitchen for cooking for the residents of the villa.

The rental price includes daily cleaning, change of bed linen and towels 2 times a week.
