The villa, a prestigious property in Posillipo, was the official residence of the Allied Commander in Southern Europe until 2013. It rises above sea level in a residential complex on Via Scipione, offering exceptional views of Naples and Vesuvius, as well as the Sorrento Peninsula and Capri, and encompasses the entire Gulf of Naples. The building has an elongated floor plan that stretches out to the sea, which guarantees an extraordinary panorama from most of the rooms. The esplanade in front of the villa, decorated with centuries-old magnolias, is designed to comfortably receive guests' cars. This villa is currently undergoing a complete renovation and reorganization of both external and internal spaces. The renovation project, curated by a renowned studio of Neapolitan architects, is divided into 3 large apartment buildings of different sizes. Each block consists of two levels: the first floor consists of a living room, dining room and kitchen, with a wide panoramic terrace, and the second floor is reserved for a sleeping area. The apartments are completed by a basement with boiler room, laundry, ironing room and gym. Villa with an unusual rooftop terrace, which can be accessed from each apartment.
