This Chamonix chalet can accommodate from 8 to 10 people with a flexible sleeping arrangement in 4 bedrooms and a 5th bedroom next to the cinema.
Your jacuzzi overlooks Mont Blanc. You can enjoy the Chamonix Valley, the house is located in the Le Bois area near the Fleger ski lift, which is new for 2019/20, and less than a 10-minute drive from the famous Grand Montes ski area.
The chalet with an area of more than 200 m² has two large bedrooms with separate balconies and bathrooms, as well as two additional bedrooms with two single beds (with a shared bathroom) and a children's room, located next to one of the twin rooms with floor heating. On the lower ground floor, the cinema can also be the 5th bedroom with a bathroom (there is a double bed behind the sofa).
The open-plan living room in the chalet has double windows to the south and a lovely modern wood-burning fireplace, while the mezzanine has a second lounge.
Dining table with 8 seats, the kitchen is well equipped, throughout the chalet 4G WIFI.
Warm your ski boots overnight in a dedicated boot room, and the garage has a separate ski storage room with covered parking for one car.
There are several parking spaces on the driveway to the chalet.
Outside, let the children play in the garden while relaxing on the large sun terrace, which has a table, chairs and barbecue, or relax in the hot tub.
