This beautiful home, built in classic colonial style is set atop the hills of St. Jean and offers views across the emerald green water of St. Jean Bay to the neighboring islands of St. Martin and Anguilla. The fabulous exterior is surrounded by some of St. Barts most lush, tropical landscaping.

You and your guests can spend the day basking in the sun while elegance surrounds you at every turn. Exit the villa and walk down twin tiled stairways to a large pool, flanked by decks and lounge chairs. Prepare meals on the grill and enjoy them al fresco or watch the sun set with champagne in hand at one of several outdoor living and dining areas.

Pass between the columns and through a set of French doors and you’re into the house, where vaulted ceilings and white wood paneling complete the colonial touches. Sink into a rattan chair or a plush sofa and watch a movie, or breeze into the kitchen and cook up some of the island’s famous seafood on equipment that would make professional chefs jealous. Fresh air, blowing in through the open-sided rooms will always remind you why you chose St. Barts.

All four bedrooms feature an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, ceiling fan and entertainment system. Three of the bedrooms are in the main house and include a private terrace and King size bed. In addition, you’ll find a jetted tub in the Master bedroom. A private bungalow houses the fourth bedroom with a Queen Size bed.

When you’re ready to do some exploring, the always popular town of St. Jean is just a 5 minute drive away. You’ll find great shopping, fine French food and be sure to sample some of the local Creole creations. Head East another 5 minutes to Lorient Beach, on of the island’s best kept secrets where families, surfers and locals alike make the most of the sandy shores.
